Alison is the numbers brain and operational powerhouse behind Everything Colorado.

As Co-Owner and CFO, she manages everything from budgeting and cash flow to inventory strategy, importing, and production timelines. If there’s a spreadsheet involved, she’s already three tabs ahead. 

She has a sharp eye for data, margins, and long-term strategy — and genuinely enjoys diving into financial daydreaming and real estate research just for fun. On a day off, you might find her skiing, hanging with her two goldens (Pali and Gibson), or deep in a Zillow rabbit hole analyzing what someone paid for their house in 2009.

Beyond the shops, Alison is deeply invested in the Summit County community. She serves on the Town of Dillon Planning and Zoning Commission, contributing to thoughtful growth and long-term development in the place she calls home.

Alison balances precision with vision — making sure Everything Colorado isn’t just creative, but built to last.

Ariel leads the retail energy and team culture behind Everything Colorado. As VP of Retail, she oversees buying, vendor relationships, and marketing strategy across all locations. 

Behind the scenes, she runs all-things HR — building strong teams that keep the shops moving through every season.

If you’ve come across Everything Colorado on social media, Ariel is likely the face and voice you’ve met.

She thrives on connection, momentum, and building community — both inside the business and across Summit County.

Outside of work, she loves to travel, calls herself a “social skier and mountain biker", loves to find any excuse to dance, and is deeply motivated by building businesses that are rooted in community and built to grow.

Retail Operations Manager

Zak leads the day-to-day operations and team execution across our retail locations. As Retail Operations Manager, he oversees in-shop leadership, team management, training, inventory flow, receiving, and customer service standards. He ensures each shop runs efficiently and professionally.

Zak also creates and updates our company procedures to keep systems clear, consistent, and and running efficiently across every location.

Before joining Everything Colorado, Zak was training for the Olympics in freestyle mogul skiing and later worked as a coach in the industry.

He brings the discipline, accountability, and performance mindset from elite athletics into retail operations — holding himself and his team to a high standard while fostering growth and development.

Zak cares deeply about making an impact in his work and building strong, capable teams that perform under pressure.
